About
The Quality and Integrity of Biomedical Sciences program of the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC) is a small joint program of the Directorate of research policy and the department of Clinical Epidemiology .
Our aim is to improve the way science is conducted and organized. We do so by promoting best practices, organize educational activities, policy development, and fostering a culture of openness and transparency – all supported by selected meta-research projects.
As part of our mission to improve the quality and integrity of science, we also organize journal clubs . These journal clubs provide an opportunity for researchers to engage in critical discussions about the latest research and share ideas on how to improve the scientific process.
